IMAT is the Information Manager for Aquatic Teams, primarily swim teams at this point (vs. 2.1). It is available in 2 forms: IMAT personal is a single user, run time version & IMAT (full version) is a multi-user subscription service through FileMaker Server 8 Advanced on our server.

This data manager will keep information about competitors, coaches, teams, schedules, and meets. It will score meets and keep records of assignments, races, times, pools, and opposing teams. It is flexible, includes a large number of reports, and the full version is customizable.

IMAT Personal — you may download this run time version (it will run on its own without FileMaker) and open it with the Guest account to get a general idea of its capabilities. — Download Now - Mac   - Windows  — To enter data & use IMAT Personal, please send $10 to Access Computer Assistance, 276 Parum Road, Colchester, CT 06415 and we will send you the account information that makes the program functional.


IMAT subscription service — This is the full version which will be customized for your organization upon installation on our server for $40. Our server runs FileMaker Server 8 Advanced which allows your coaches, scorers, & team manager to connect to IMAT with FileMaker Pro 8 (required). It also allows parents and swimmers to view meet assignments & results through their web browser. This subscription service is provided for $60 per year.
